Application and Eligibility

Who can apply as a creator?

Micro-influencers, UGC creators, students, homemakers and niche content creators may apply. Creators from lifestyle, beauty, home, kitchen, organisation and utility categories are especially relevant to many of our campaigns.

Do I need a minimum number of followers?

No fixed follower count is required unless a particular campaign specifies one. Content quality, presentation, communication, niche relevance and sample work may matter more than follower count.

Can a beginner apply?

Yes. Prior paid experience is preferred but not compulsory. Beginners should share their strongest sample videos showing clear audio, lighting, presentation and product demonstration ability.

Does submitting the form guarantee selection?

No. Applications are reviewed according to campaign requirements, product category, creator profile, sample quality, communication and brand suitability.

How will I know whether I am shortlisted?

Our team may contact shortlisted creators using the WhatsApp number, phone number, email address or social profile provided in the application.

Assignments and Products

How many videos will I receive?

We may initially assign one or two videos. Strong creators may be considered for additional work, including up to 10 videos per month, depending on content quality, performance and campaign requirements. No minimum work is guaranteed.

Will the product be sent to me?

Yes, for assignments requiring a physical product, it will normally be sent through a courier or logistics partner selected by the Company.

What should I do if the product is damaged?

Report any damaged, incorrect or incomplete product within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photographs or video proof showing the shipping label, package and issue.

Can I keep the product after filming?

This depends on the assignment. Unless the team requests a return or provides different instructions, the product may generally remain with the creator. The written assignment terms will control.

Can I refuse an assignment?

You may decline before formally accepting the assignment or before the product is dispatched. Once accepted, you should complete the assignment according to the confirmed brief and timeline.

Content Creation and Delivery

What details will be included in the brief?

The brief may include the format, resolution, aspect ratio, duration, language, script, hook, CTA, required shots, demonstration steps, audio, captions, editing style, posting instructions and delivery deadline.

How much time do I get to submit the video?

The first complete edited draft must normally be submitted within five calendar days of courier-confirmed product delivery, unless another deadline or written extension is provided.

What video quality is required?

Submit clear Full HD video unless another specification is given. The content should have good lighting, clean audio, stable framing, proper product visibility and no third-party watermark.

Can I change the script or concept?

Minor natural-language adjustments may be acceptable when they do not change the meaning. Material changes to the hook, claims, offer, CTA, scenes or concept should be approved in writing before filming.

What happens if I have a question about the brief?

Ask the team in writing as early as possible and ordinarily allow one working day for a response. Avoid proceeding on assumptions where the answer may materially affect the video.

Can someone else appear in or create my video?

Only where approved. Do not transfer the assignment to another creator or replace the confirmed presenter without written permission.

Payment Summary

The initial payout is generally ₹2,000 per final approved video, unless another amount is confirmed for a particular assignment.

Payment becomes eligible after the final video is approved, all required revisions are completed, the Full HD file is delivered and correct PAN and bank or UPI details are received.

Approved payments are normally processed on Saturdays.

Revisions, Approval and Payment

How many revisions may be requested?

Reasonable corrections, edits or reshoots may be requested where the submitted content does not meet the original brief, technical requirements or agreed quality standards.

Will I be paid for a rejected video?

Payment is made for the final approved deliverable. A video that materially fails to follow the brief and remains unapproved after reasonable correction opportunities may not qualify for payment.

When will I receive payment?

Approved payments are normally processed on Saturday after final Full HD delivery, completion of required revisions, approval and receipt of correct payment documentation.

What payment details are required?

You may be required to provide your legal name, PAN, bank account details or UPI details. The information must be accurate and belong to the intended payment recipient.

Can the payout increase?

Future payouts may increase based on video quality, advertising performance, professionalism, cooperation, responsiveness and timely delivery. Any revised payout should be confirmed in writing.

Posting, Rights and Exclusivity

Can I post the video on my social profile?

Do not post assigned content unless posting is approved or specifically requested in writing. If approved content is posted, tagging The Reel Daddy is mandatory unless instructed otherwise.

Can The Reel Daddy use my video in advertisements?

Yes. After payment, the Company may use, edit, resize, subtitle, translate and publish the approved content worldwide on an ongoing basis across lawful marketing channels, subject to the creator agreement.

Can I create content for competing brands?

You may generally work with other brands. However, for 11 months from final video delivery, you should not create promotional content for another seller involving the same or substantially identical product.

Can I use copyrighted music?

No, unless it is properly licensed and specifically permitted for the intended commercial use. Use approved, original or royalty-cleared audio.

Can I share the brief or campaign details publicly?

No. Non-public briefs, scripts, pricing, feedback, campaign information and unreleased product details should remain confidential.

Delays, Cancellations and Support

What should I do if I cannot meet the deadline?

Inform the assigned coordinator as early as possible, explain the genuine issue and request an extension in writing. An extension is valid only when approved.

Can an assignment be cancelled?

The Company may pause or discontinue an assignment where the brief, timeline, quality, confidentiality, exclusivity or professional standards are materially not followed. Any product-return instructions should then be followed.

Who should I contact during an active assignment?

Use the WhatsApp number, email address or communication channel shared by your assigned coordinator. Keep important approvals and clarifications in writing.

Where are disputes handled?

Unresolved disputes are governed by Indian law and are subject to the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, as stated in the applicable creator terms.
